Most people have not realized that Now is all there ever really is; there is no past or future except as memory or anticipation in the mind.

The linear evolutionary aspect of mind and memory produces that which we call ‘Time’, which for most people is perceived as precious, when in fact, Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion.

What is perceived as precious upon ‘Awakening’ from the dream of ‘Time’, is the one point that is out of Time: The Now. And that is truly precious indeed. You as pure conscious aliveness are truly precious it’s true, but, you cannot understand this in your understanding mind because the mind is fully Time and Time is fully an illusion.

We can capitalize Time the way we capitalize our names like John or Mary, because Mary and John are both suffering if they truly believe this Time-bound person is who they ultimately are.

The more you focus your attention on Time—past and future—the more you miss the Now: the most precious thing there ever could be.

To ‘Focus on this moment Now’ is what it means to meditate, and in that way to feel a sense of lasting peace that you have been longing for your whole life.

Awakening – the ‘Person’ in ‘Time’ is fully exposed as fictitious. There is a tremendous joy in this realization. It is unimaginably good news for everyone you know if you understand this.
